For those who don't want to download via the launcher, here is a direct download from NCSoft. Patch notes can be see here.

Try to get it with a download manager. If you use Firefox, DownThemAll is a good dl manager.
After successfully downloading the patch, move it to whatever folder you have Aion installed in, and launch Aion from the launcher. If it gets stuck on a update download window, restart your pc.
